The silhouetted black profile of a head has what could be a scene from the Hubble Telescope, with a multitude of galaxies displayed over the head.
The light blue background has lighter-blue, and darker-blue splodges over the rest of the Utility Box. The back of the box is painted black, and most of it is against the brick wall of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral fence.
