Ballew Springs Cemetery is located in western Parker County, north of Cool on Little Reba Ranch Rd. Dating to 1856, it is still active, with over three hundred burials.

Presumably named for an area spring, which may or may not be part of Lake Mineral Wells today, Ballew Springs has also been known as Blue Springs and simply "Ballew". There was a post office here from 1889 to 1891, but today, this is a quiet rural community with this cemetery and a Baptist church remaining.
