The cemetery belongs to the Catholic Church in town. Since the church has been re-designated as a "missionary" church and only has services on Wednesday evening from a traveling priest...I am going to assume the responsibility of the cemetery will fall on the Catholic Church in Martinsville.

St. Joseph's in Martinsville, also in the Jefferson City Diocese, is where the priests come from to service this church.
