The bluestone bridge at Batesford, was built in 1859, is the third bridge to be built on that site. It crosses the Moorabool River in five segmentally arched spans. The bridge is amongst the earliest and longest stone arch road bridges in Victoria The spans of the bridge are unusual in not having a keystone at the centre of each arch. The bridge is little used now as a new bridge has been constructed alongside
