Cette plaque est à l'intérieur de la bibliothèque de l'assemblée nationale.

L'accès a la bibliothèque est par le tunnel du nouveau pavillon d'accueil de l'Assemblée Nationale du Québec. Il n'y a pas de frais d'entrée, mais il faut présenter une carte d'identité à la reception. Les heures d'ouverture sont de 8 à 17 h du lundi au vendredi et de 9:30 à 16:30 le samedi et dimanche.

This plaque is located inside the National Assembly library.

Access to the library is through the tunnel of the new reception pavilion of the National Assembly of Quebec. There is no entrance fee, but you must present an ID card at the reception. The opening hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
