The utility box in front of First Street opposite Melville Street in Pittsfield, MA is decorated on the front and the back with a pair of juxtaposed eagles. The sides feature a nest on one side and flying birds on the other side.

The Paintbox program in Pittsfield, MA which started in 2016 was continued in 2019. On the street side of this utility box artist Alicia Soos painted a pair of owls. The eagles are justaposed with an adult bald eagle on the right and a juvenile bald eagle gray break on the left. The back features juxtaposed paintings of two different feather patterns.

The south side contains a painting of a nest with two large white eggs. The north side has two dark birds soaring before the sun.
