This hefty chainsaw carving in the form of a multi-story fairy house is part of a large bench along North Concourse Road at the Woodstock Fair in Woodstock, Connecticut.

Standing well over four feet tall, the intricate and sturdy carving is incorporated with the left side of the seat. The bottom half of the stump is a base for the bench. The whimsical house has undulating roof lines, curvaceous stairways, and crooked doors and windows. Based on the style and details, it appears to be created by local chainsaw artist, Adam Mulholland from Windham, Connecticut. Note: The fair is open annually during Labor Day Weekend.
