Fletcher is a town of about 1200 population, 75 miles southwest of Oklahoma City. Its outdoor siren is located behind a two-story brick building in the downtown area which houses Fletcher Town Hall, at the corner of Cole Avenue and Selby Street.
The siren is mounted on a three-story high wood pole and consists of two banks of ten horns each, radiating a full 360 degrees. Although primarily used to warn residents of an oncoming tornado, the siren can also be sounded for fire or other emergencies.
