According to the Graveside Project web site (cited below), Harry Burritt served with the
2nd Regiment Grenville Militia, a regiment which participated in War of 1812 engagements at Prescott, Salmon River, Ogdensburg, and Chrysler’s Farm.
The burial site now includes a War of 1812 Veteran bicentennial tribute marker.
