This Town Clock is located in downtown South Haven across the street from the City Hall. It stands in front of a small city park and farmers' market pavilion. The clock has a white background with black Roman numerals on four sides. The frame of the clock consists of all black metal with South Haven in gold lettering at the top and gold pinstriping on the frame. The clock is anchored on a cement base within a flower bed.
The SHOUT civic organization funded the clock.
