A cheery utility box pays tribute to The Ocean State at the busy but otherwise drab intersection of George and Marrin Streets in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Painted two types of blue, the majority of the background represents the ocean in a bright medium blue. Stylized waves encircle the case at four-fifths of each side's height. A lighter, sky blue tops the work. The main, street-facing side features an iron fisherman's anchor in a flat, cool gray, its crown angled towards the lower left corner. A brown rope attached at the eye meanders through the water and completely around the case to return its frayed end floating beside the anchor. Painted in red at the upper right corner of this George Street side is "#773". Simplistic seagulls and a single scarlet sailboat supplement the space above the swells.
