The park is located at 300 NE 53rd Avenue Hillsboro, OR 97124. This park and most Hillsboro parks are open dawn to dusk.
From the park website: "Two play areas in the center of the park have creative, accessible play structures and swings. The surface of the play areas has wood chips and can be accessed from the path by a ramp."
I noticed that the two play areas are actually joined by a tiny mountain climbing hill for toddlers. This is a large playground with complicated multi-purposed play structures for older children and small sea-saws, swings and other things for younger children. The play equipment seems to have an "arch" theme and includes swings, slides, monkey bars, spring seats to jump on and some kind of a tube thing to crawl through. There is a large sand box in addition to the mini sand mountain for toddlers. Shade is available in the playground during parts of the day. There is a drinking fountain, restroom, picnic area and a covered picnic area close by.
