[DE] Auf dem Gelände der evangelischen Kirche in Semd (Stadtteil von Groß-Umstadt) befindet sich das Löwendenkmal. Auf einem Steinsockel ist aus Stein ein liegender Löwe dargestellt. Das Denkmal erinnert an die im 1. Weltkrieg gefallenen Söhne des Dorfes und wurde 1924 errichtet.
[ENG] The Lion Monument can be found on the site of the Protestant church in Semd. On a stone base, a lying lion is represented made from stone. The monument commemorates the fallen sons of the village in the First World War and was built in 1924.
