NRHP Nomination Form"The Administration Building, a Victorian structure with certain castellated Romanesque features, contains fifteen rooms and a chapel.
The principal or south facade has a preponderance of tall narrow windows. There are thirty-seven windows on this facade in addition to glazed double doors. Gables supported by tall, console-brackets punctuate the central and corner pavilion and appear above the entrance. An open belfry with semi-circular stone arches supported by engaged columns is the predominate vertical feature of the extant structure and marks the entrance of the structure. The stone semi-circular arch of the entrance also repeats the belfry arch."
