An additional metal plaque attached to front face of shaft of the WWI memorial cross in St Mary's churchyard, Manton. The WWI memorial cross (Visit Link) consists of a single-stepped square base surmounted by a rough-hewn batter-sided plinth with a rectangular sectioned tapering shaft with a wheel cross. A sword of Sacrifice is carved in relief on front of the shaft.
