CZ: Litinový latinský kríž s postavou ukrižovaného Ježíše Krista na vícenásobne odstupnovaném hranolovém podstavci. Na prední strane podstvce je nápis "Venováno Nákladem Obcanu Hospozínských ke cti a chvále Boží 1872".

ENG: Cast-iron Latin cross with the figure of the crucified Jesus Christ on a multiple-stepped prismatic pedestal. On the front of the pedestal is the inscription "Citizens of the Lord gave to the honor and praise of God 1872".
