WWII memorial plaque in St Michael's church, Wartnaby, consisting of a wall mounted landscape orientated marble tablet, with a symmetrical relief leaf design two-thirds down each side & across top, punctuated by square bosses at the top corners & a single flower within the design at the top centre.

AniIncised inscription infilled in black reads -
