CZ: Autorem pomníku z let 1946-47 je V. F. Vinš, odlil ho J. Haszpra z Brandýsa. Na mírne zaobleném soklu je rozmerný bronzový reliéf, po stranách žulové desky s ceským nápisem "Statecné Rudé armáde za osvobození mesta Loun 8. 5. 1945", totéž rusky na druhé strane.
Reliéf znázornující sedící ženu v nárucí díte s ratolestí, delníka, horníka, ženu držící srp a z druhé strany rudoarmejec držící kladivo spolecne na peticípé hvezde, dále další tri postavy vojínu Rudé Armády.
Jak k osvobození Loun prispela polonahá žena není jasné, patrne alegorie.
ENG: The author of the monument from 1946-47 is V. F. Vinš, cast by J. Haszpra from Brandýs. On a slightly rounded plinth there is a large bronze relief, on the sides of a granite slab with the Czech inscription "Brave Red Army for the liberation of Louny on 8 May 1945", the same Russian on the other side.
Relief depicting a sitting woman in the arms of a child with a branch, a worker, a miner, a woman holding a sickle and a red-armored man holding a hammer together on a five-pointed star, as well as three other Red Army soldiers.
How the half-naked woman contributed to the liberation of Louny is not clear, probably allegory.
