This clock high up on the stair tower, is a white face encircled in a black ring with Roman numerals at the 5 minute marks with two large black sweep hands.
This town has it figured out, as does the town of Kirkwood, Missouri, all parking is free. And guess what? people do not go to the malls, they shop in town, and these towns are jumping with people shopping and eating and just hanging out, everywhere...and people around spend..and that make the town successful.
