A beautiful Dr. Seuss-themed Little Free Library stands in front of the Abilene Convention and Visitors Bureau (the old T&P Depot) at 1101 N 1st St, Abilene, TX. It was placed here in March 2019.

Structurally, this appears to be the standard model wood cabinet with a sloped roof (which has a shingle) supported on a wooden base. "Dr. Seuss" is above the door, and the good Doctor's characters are seen on all sides except the back. You'll see the Cat in the Hat, the Lorax, Horton, Sam-I-Am, Guy Am I, and the Grinch, among others. Be sure to visit the adjacent Dr. Seuss Garden where you can see them as sculptures, as big as life!
