Thompson-Nicola Regional Library District has 13 branches throughout the region with one Mobile Library.
Mission: "We provide resources for a lifetime of personal growth, learning and enjoyment."


All branches offer wireless internet access and terminals for public use.

The Ashcroft Public Library offers the following programs:

The library offers a large selection of fiction and non-fiction, young adult and children books, local history, newspapers and magazines.

There is a mosaic on the side of the building honoring their Sister City Bifuka, Japan:

Sister City Synergy
A blending of two paintings by artists Royden Josephson and Kazuhiko Nagaki.
This mosaic rendition celebrates the sister city relationship between
Ashcroft, BC and Bifuka, Japan.
