Anthem is a planned community 25 miles north of Phoenix with a 63 acre community park At its center is a large gazebo surmounted by this weather vane. The cardinal directions are just above the roof line with a directional arrow on a rod above that. Farther up, the rod pierces a bicycle and ends in a point. The pigeon in the picture is optional.
