Anthem is a planned community north of Phoenix. It has a 63 acre community park with a gazebo at its center. Atop the gazebo is a clock facing north with a companion facing south. The clock is round with a yellowish white face. The hands are scrolled and point to black Arabic numerals. The clock is mounted in a cupola at the top of the gazebo.
