Not all the artists, but all I could read. I tried to get as many as I could in the photos....love the ones with nic-names instead of actual...very cleaver.
As I understand this years (2013) art project, each child was to make a pencil...color it, shape it and name it. These pencils were then mounted on the fence, creating a closed fence to hide the outside AC units and other mechanical items.
As hedges and ivy grew the pencils became part of a larger garden, by accident, but beautiful none the less.
