Není presne známo, kdo barokní sochu zbicovaného Krista "Ecce Hommo" nechal vytvorit a kdy.

ENG: Jesus Christ (between 7 and 4 BC - between 29 and 33), also known as Jesus of Nazareth or Jesus of Nazareth, is the central figure of Christianity. His mother is the Virgin Mary.
Jesus has been publicly active since about 28 as a wandering preacher in today's Israel and the West Bank. The content of his proclamation was the early coming of the Kingdom of God and the call to repentance. After a few years, the Romans crucified him.
Christians regard Jesus as the awaited Messiah, Savior of Mankind and the Son of God, Muslims as one of the most important prophets.
Since the date of Jesus' birth, albeit inaccurately calculated, the Christian era used today has been traditionally derived.

A statue of the flagged Jesus Christ with the motif of Ecce Homo - "Look, man!". According to John's Gospel, these words were spoken by Pilate to the crowd whom he had shown the tortured Jesus. The motif of Ecce Homo, depicting the flagged Jesus with the crown of thorns, appears especially in the fine arts and sculpture.
It is not known exactly who had the Baroque sculpture of the flagged Christ "Ecce Hommo" created and when. The statue was restored in 1894, as evidenced by the inscription on the pedestal. Since 1958 it has been protected. Jesus is depicted wrapped in a cloak, clad only in a loincloth, with a crown of thorns and handcuffed hands, as is usual with works of art with the "Ecce Homo" motif.
