According to her Findagrave page (see Website, below), she died of scarlet fever, leaving behind her husband and two children.
This is a standard zinc obelisk, with funeral draping around the top on each side, and the three links of the Odd Fellows are on the front shaft, above the family name, "Garren". There is text only on the front panel, which reads:
Eva M. Garren
Died Jan. 22, 1887. Aged 20 Yrs.
