Vor dem Rathaus steht auf einer freien Fläche der Dorfbrunnen der Gemeinde Horgenzell.
Die runde Brunnenwanne ist in einem achteckigen Betonsockel eingelassen.
Der ca.80 cm hohe Sockel trägt die ca.120 cm runde Brunnensäule.
Die Brunnensäule trägt ein aus Metallguß gefertigt Hausdach auf dem zwei Tauben dargestellt sind.
Der Wasserauslaß ist einem Arm nachgebildet auf dessen Handfläche eine Taube sitzt
Auf dem Brunnenrand ist eine aus Metallguß hergestellte Geldbörse befestigt die das Jahr der Fertigstellung 1995 trägt

In front of the town hall stands on an open area of the village well of the municipality Horgenzell.
The round well tub is embedded in an octagonal concrete base.
The approximately 80 cm high base carries the ca.120 cm round fountain column.
