POCO is short for Pure Oil Company. The clubhouse was located at the Confederate Reuion Grounds which is currently administered by the Texas Historical Commission. Admission is $4.00

With the coming of the Mexia oil boom in the early 1920s the reunion grounds saw a flurry of increased social activity. Wildcater Col. Humphreys took a interest in the gounds. He erected the clubhouse and made other improvements.
