The southwest end of Exhibit Building 1 at the Garrett County Agriculture Fair displays a barn quilt called "County Fair". The 8-foot by 8-foot quilt block design uses red, green, yellow and white and has a solid blue border.

You can see it year round from Garrett Highway/US-219 without entering the fairgrounds and safely park on a short access road away from traffic. (The coordinates are from the west side of the chain link fence, outside of the property.)

Name found thanks to the Barn Quilt Association of Garrett County tour web page.

Your Visit:
I was driving north on 219, searching for potential Waymarks, and the pair of Emkay type Quonset huts caught my eye first. The barn quilt was a bonus find!
