Port du Poussaï - Saint-Raphaël, France - Marinas on Waymarking.com

Port du Poussaï is a harbor at the Mediterranean Sea near Le Dramont belonging to the municipality of Saint-Raphaël. Originally, it was a typical, small fishing port, allowing fishermen to leave for the day with their small fishing boats. With increasing tourism at Côte d'Azur, more and more private motorboats used for recreation docked here and the port was transformed to a marina. However, there are still numerous fishing boats to be seen in the harbor, actively being used by busy fishermen. They sell their fish on the market of Saint-Raphaël.

The marina offers services like water, electricity and a launching ramp, 90 berths are available. The Capitainerie is there to help mariners with problems. A bar / restaurant directly at the port offers food and drinks for a moderate price.

In addition to fishing port and marina, Port du Poussaï is also the starting point of many diving excursions: About 500 meters in front of the coast lies the small island Île d'Or with an old tower on it. There's a famous diving site around the island. A diving center is located above the harbor.
