"The parish church was built after the fire of the city in 1159 on the site of a primitive chapel dedicated to Saint-Odon.The building retains an eastern part of the second half of the 12th century including the choir, the apse and the bell tower.
The octagonal bell tower with three floors, under a brick spire of the 15th century, has a beautiful Romanesque decoration of arches and geminated bays with columns and capitals.
Inside, the span of the bell tower is vaulted with a dome on horns carried by broken arches. A broken cradle choir span precedes the apse in a cul-de-four. The capped nave was rebuilt in the 17th century. "

"L’église paroissiale fut construite après l’incendie de la ville en 1159 à l’emplacement d’une chapelle primitive dédiée à Saint-Odon. L’édifice conserve une partie orientale de la deuxième moitié du 12e siècle comprenant le chœur, l’abside et le clocher.
Le clocher octogonal à trois étages, sous une flèche en briques du 15e siècle, présente un beau décor roman d’arcatures et de baies géminées à colonnettes et chapiteaux.
A l’intérieur, la travée du clocher est voûtée d’une coupole sur trompes portée par des arcs brisés. Une travée de chœur en berceau brisé précède l’abside en cul-de-four. La nef plafonnée a été reconstruite au 17e siècle. "
