"Stone gate pillars with dedicatory marble plaques and associated metal gates. The gates were dedicated in a service held on December 27th 1921."

WWI Inscription "In grateful memory of the men and women of Oswestry who laid down their lives in the war of 1939-1945 He that overcometh shall inherit all things and I will be his God and he shall be my son"

Names of the WW1 fallen appear on the inside of the gate pillars, names of WW2 fallen appear on the reverse of the pillars.
