The Church of the New Jerusalem is an independent church with different philosophies than most Christian churches. It is also known as the "New Church".
Church of the New Jerusalem is located in a well established neighborhood and is at the corner of 8th Street and 91st Avenue. It is a small church mostly tan stucco with dark brown wood trim. There is a small turret like structure at the back of the church. It has small windows towards the upper portion. On top at each corner are tall wooden spikes, not sure what the significance these are or if they are original.
Dawson Creek is known as Mile "O" of the Alaska Highway. This is where it all began in 1942. Currently Dawson Creek has approximately 13,000 residents and attracts millions of visitors from around the world.
