This Homemade Themed Mailbox is based around a milk-can, but is much more.

The Dunn's have done a grand of recreating a tractor from a 'simple' milk can. The milk can has been painted 'fire engine red', along with quite a few attachments, the vertical exhaust pipe silvered, with the remainder of the parts 'sunshine yellow'. The flap for the mouth of the milk can, which doubles as the mail slot, has a padlock, for the removal of the mail. The front wheels are proportionally smaller to the back wheels, as for a typical tractor.

While the rear wheels are unusual, I have seen tractors in environments where such an arrangement has had to be used in the mud.
