Bukhara train station is in fact called Bukhara 1, being Bukhara 2 used by cargo trains. It's located far from the town, about 15 km, but there are small vans connecting the train station with the center.
Note that Bukhara is a main touristic destination in Uzbekistan and so the train station is very used both by locals and travelers.
