Located on west Encanto Blvd. is the AZ Public Safety Department. This building houses Human Resources and several other departments. On a small plaza in front of the building is this statue by Bill Nebeker. Larger than life size, the statue is a close representation of the current appearance of a public safety officer. Bill Nebeker is a California based member of the Cowboy Artists of America. This piece was commissioned by the Department and was cast by Thumb Butte Bronze in Prescott, AZ. Date is unknown.
