The Encanto district is one of Phoenix's original suburban neighborhoods. The Phoenix Revival Center was founded in 1948 and the building probably dates to that time period. It is a rather nondescript tan brick building surrounded by the old neighborhood. Services are accompanied by modern music and slide shows. Dress standards appear rather conservative.
