This is part of a small chain of miniature golf courses that sprang up on the Gulf Coast of Florida in the 1960s. They featured concrete sculptures around the course and as part of the holes.
I know of 3 of these courses. The original Goofy Golf was located in Panama City, with the other two located in Ft. Walton Beach and Pensacola. I don't know the status of the Panama City course, but the Pensacola course was closed after Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and has yet to reopen. Fort Walton's course is still open and ready for business.
It consists of 2 courses of 18 holes each, with holes 17 and 18 being shared by both courses.
