In season, the Coopérative des Sauniers in Ars-en-Ré opens its doors to visitors. A guide will explain all the post-harvest stages, from the storage of salt and raw sea salt to marketing through the drying, screening and packaging workshop.

From April 1 to September 30, Monday and Thursday at 2 pm & Wednesday and Friday at 10 am

Reservation required: 05 46 29 40 27. Minimum 6 registered and maximum 15 people per visit.

Duration of the visit: 1h.

4 € per adult,
€ 2 per child (from 2 to 16 years old included).

En saison, la Coopérative des Sauniers à Ars-en-Ré ouvre ses portes aux visiteurs. Un guide vous expliquera toutes les étapes après récolte, depuis le stockage du sel et de la fleur de sel bruts jusqu'à la commercialisation en passant par l'atelier de séchage, criblage et conditionnement.
