This old doocot can be found by the roadside just north of Grange Farm on a narrow minor road that twists its way through the hills in the northern part of the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland.

It is styled like most in Scotland, particularly in the east, being of a sloping lectern-style with crow-stepped gables, the slope of the roof facing southwards. The doocot, like so many others, is in a ruined state now with no roof.

From the roadside, only the back wall is visible, but despite the undergrowth that surrounds the structure, it is possible to gain a view of the other side amidst the nettles and tall grass. An opening on the bottom left corner gains access inside and provides a view of the nesting boxes within.

(If known) Approximately how many pigeonholes in the dovecote?: 700
