I discovered this stone on Butler's Barracks, a National Historic Site that has played an important role as a training location and field hospital in the War of 1812 and training site for soldiers of World War I and World War II.

No further information on this stone could be found but the engraved "BO" tells me it is a boundary marker of some sort. It likely dates from the 19th century based on the usage of the property.
