The Brook Cottage is a Folk Victorian style wood sided one story house with double hipped
shingle roofs with a small gabled porch with arched fretwork spanning to the simple corner
porch posts supported on a shallow wooden floor. The house retains its old, clapboard siding and
cornerboards as well as its two over two wood sashed windows and wood paneled, half light
