This sign of fauna and flora explains the workings of a Rain Garden, and the benefits, such as impact upon butterflies, the question of mosquitoes and how the water peculates and remains for the plant life.

It is newly built between the Samuel C. Sachs Branch of the St Louis County Library and the new Reading Gardens and outdoor classrooms built by the library foundation.
