This is a modern Victorian on Magnolia Blvd. built in 2009 specifically to house the Century 21 Offices in Magnolia.

Century 21 broker Chris Hardee was building Victorian style homes about 10 yrs ago. He built this Queen Anne style house specifically to house the Century 21 offices.
The wood building features a wrap-around porch on the NE end of the house. The porch has spindle railing and gingerbread cornice brackets.
Above the porch is an octagonal tower with a steep roof topped by a weather vane. The tower has a decorative frieze.
The gable end opposite the porch has a gingerbread finial and fishscales. An ornate pointed roof finial rides the ridge of the small window in the center.
