From the junction with ORE242 W of Sisters, travel S on FR1040 for about 0.1 miles. Continue straight on FR1018-140 0.3 miles to spur -145 on the right. This road is disused and peters out before it reaches the quarter corner, SW about 0.3 miles distant.
