Three more decorated utility box murals were painted during May 2019 as part of the Westfield 350th Birthday Celebration. The utility box featuring a stylized floral display was painted by East Longmeadow artist Whitney Wood Weldon. Each side of the utility box contains an arrangement of stylized flowers against a black background. She signed her work WWW.
