The building of the Town Hall is a building almost new in a very modern style. I think it dates from 2016 as the neighboring library which was inaugurated on this date.

Viennay is a town in the Poitou-Charentes region, located in the heart of the department of Deux Sèvres.

Close to Parthenay (6 kms), the capital of Gâtine, Viennay is, due to its geographical situation, close to Thouars, Bressuire and important cities of the region such as Niort, Poitiers, La Rochelle. You can benefit in less than an hour from all their economic and tourist attractions (Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Francofolies, FLIP ...).


Its population at the 2012 census is 1137 inhabitants called Viennese and Viennese.

Le batiment de la Mairie est un batiment pratiquement neuf dans un style tres moderne. Je pense qu'il date de 2016 comme la bibliotheque voisine qui a ete inauguré a cette date.
