The bridge carries the Main North Line between and Sydney and Brisbane, but sadly only infrequently gets passenger usage. It is a continuous-span reinforced concrete bridge with seven tightly packed concrete Box-beams per span, supported on two concrete piers, with a stated clearance of 4.6 metres.
