This is a tall, light green colorbond shed, with two bays facing the grass approach from the farm gate off Hannam Vale Road. While the trim to the shed is cream, like the right-hand roller door, the left-hand roller door is mission brown, and looks like it may have been backed into. There is a rain water tank attached to the shed, to help supply the tanker. This was one of three Firehouses opened in November 2012 in the New England Region, when $140,000 had been given to help this 60 year Brigade - and the other Brigades. It is seen from the Gwydir Highway, down the dirt road.
