Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears S 89.1°W from T15S R9E S17 16 21 20 COR, WAYMARK WM10M4M, 2651' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 9" in a collar of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are POPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on a fence post which bears W, 37" distant. In addition, Ham established two REFERENCE MONUMENTS, 2" aluminum caps on 5/8" rebar, about 10' distant, bearing NE and NW.
